Hi Leaders,

Are you looking for a way to maximize your team's impact?

But whatโ€™s leadership without its other half โ€” management?

It is vision without execution.

It is like digging for treasure without a map.

A lot of effort is put in, but will the treasure ever be found?

For teams to reach their full potential, the harmony of leadership vision and management execution is not just beneficial, it is essential.

Is it balanced, or are you too heavy on one side?

In my experience, teams leaning too heavily in one direction struggle.

However, teams that achieve a balance between leadership and management thrive.

Itโ€™s not about a single person having to master both arts.

The best teams have an ecosystem where both approaches exist in harmony.

Step 1: Manage our time and energy

We as leaders need to do is to make space for transformational work. To accomplish that requires managing our time (and managing our energy).

Putting people (rather than tasks and projects) at the center of your leadership style helps prevent burnout as a leader.

Strive to become a leader who gets power with their people rather than power over their people.

Step 3: Help your team find joy in their work

A team with high morale will outperform a team with low morale.

As a leader, helping remove the daily stressors on your team can help promote happiness and pleasure while at work.
